yup. Now that he is no longer the CM, the INC in Hyderabad doesn't want to lift the burden of his illegal constructions on their shoulders. His house was left only and only because he was the CM. This is the kind of corruption INC has practiced all over the country for decades.

First of all its not the house that is demolished, its some additional illegal construction which is occupying foot path. This is one of the many residencies which is in Hyd, Telangana. Telangana is ruled by congress. It is said Jagan have palaces in Hyd, Banglore, Amaravathi. calcutta

Both the state courts are working under the power of the state governments . Now the TS state government changed and took action against all hotels that are not following the hygiene regulations. Now it's illegal construction on foot paths

Telangana is ruled by Revanth Reddy who is a disciple of Chandrababu Naidu and ABVP member. As TDP doesn't exist in Telangana, Chandrababu asked Revanth to join the Congress in 2019.

DEAR all What part demolished is the rooms of the security staff built on encroached pavement/ foot path illegally causing traffic jams. KCR and Jagan are friends so nothing was done against this illegal construction. On the other hand KCR denied permission for construction of CBN's home in Hyd when KCR was CM.

Jagga Reddy who is EX CM of AP has 10 palace like houses all over India. this house has encroachment to foot path which is illegal. with KCR being friend of jagga all the while Telengana govt protected jagga. though revanth Reddy who is cong CM couldnt take action due to election code. It would be better to see this happening in different way, rather than wasting money and resources by demolishing, unless they are illegal contructions, why not government take it over and use it for something related to governement activites. Either way these constructions are made completely using taxpayers money. Hope administration takes wise decisions and try not to waste any more hard earned tax payers money.

But a criminal is a criminal anywhere in the world, moreover most of his contructions when he is in power are done using taxpayers money so they are public property hoping they are proven so in the court. If they are illegal contructions, they can remove them anyway they like which is what I mentioned in my intial post.
