it was already a challenge playing power metal songs when they are young and able how much more 10 to 15years later right? they still sound good and amazing. Guitar 1 looks old now
I remember middle school listening to this, so many years later this performance and song still hits like it does when I was young. Metal as hell and with so much emotion!
First time I heard these guys I was like wow that’s the best metal I’ve heard since I first heard slipknot in the summer of 99 if anyone remembers the impression they made. I honestly think BFMV has to be one of the best metal bands around right now
This was the band that got me into metal. The songs just made sense. They were put together like a rock song that anyone could listen too but had brutal crisp screams. Until that point I was like I don’t like metal because you can’t understand what their screaming… now I listen to shit I don’t understand all the time lol
With bloodshot eyes, I watch you sleeping The warmth I feel beside me is slowly fading Would she hear me if I called her name? Would she hold me if she knew my shame? There's always something different going on The path I walk's in the wrong direction There's always someone fucking hanging on Can anybody help me make it better? Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home The moments died, I hear no screaming The visions left inside me are slowly fading Would she hear me if I called her name? Would she hold me if she knew my shame? There's always something different going on The path I walk's in the wrong direction There's always someone fucking hanging on Can anybody help me make it better? Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home Would she hear me if I called her name? Would she hold me if she knew my shame? There's always something different going on The path I walk's in the wrong direction There's always someone fucking hanging on Can anybody help me make it better? Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty Your tears don't fall, they crash around me Her conscience calls the guilty to come home Your tears don't fall...
Forever cemented as my all-time favorite.... if it hadn't been for BFMV, I would have never summoned the courage to enter the Al Kharid Dual Arena in 2006.
I remember seeing them on the fever tour of 2010 with the original lineup and thought nothing would beat it. After watching them on this tour in Liverpool, credit is just due to Jason and Jamie to filling jays and moose’s shoes. So much nostalgia, I loved it ❤ Gotta say though padge looks tired here 😢 Long live Bullet 🤘
Yeah, Jamie and Jason have been killing it 🤘 As for Padge, it's weird you say that, because I remember thinking he was looking tired, but I wasn't sure if it was just the grey hair 😂 Credit to him though, he played great and he was more livelier at other parts of the night 🤘
@@iainc666Jamie is awesome! I liked Jay a lot but they did a good job replacing him. Padge has looked tired for a few years. I think he just is getting older. Maybe just the grey
Their Best album. I still have my OG copy I bought 18yrs ago. They couldn't quite find that sound again. There is a few ok songs from other releases but the Poison crowned them that year as Metal hammer Gods lol.
61, they’ve been a band for 61 years. And 3 of the original 6 are dead, two of them for quite some time now, and another has been retired for 30 years. The three most talented members of the band are either dead (Jones and Watts), or left the band 50 years ago (Taylor). They’ve had a helluva run, but they’re currently a very distant shadow of their former selves, with Keith and Woods being propped up by backing musicians.
