I use HP discs and covers, and then I make my own monthly and weekly layouts, notes, as well as cleaning scedule, meal planning. I have a wellness planner also with HP cover and my own layouts 🧸 Watching from Denmark/Europe 🇩🇰 Sarah.
Hi Sarah! I love it! Always better when you make things you know will work. Also loved visiting Denmark/Europe! So beautiful there. Thanks so much for watching! ❤️
I've had a love hate relationship with happy planner. Love the accessories and the discs. I'm using an organized by happy planner for my project planner and its super neutral. I don't prefer Sunday start but I can grit and bare it if my weekly is Monday start. I also hate the shared dates on the monthly. I love the larger sizes because I print and punch things in and make it a notebook with planner pages if that makes sense.
I bought all of the happy planner layouts from Etsy & I print them out whenever I need them & I trim them if needed & punch them… it’s saved me tons of money. I make my own stickers too
I wish! I don't have all the tools needed, aka the disc punch or option to make stickers. It's definitely a great investment, seen as how happy planner is so pricey 😩 If I go back to my happy planner in the coming months I'll definitely consider investing in a punch. Thanks for watching! ❤️
HP's Work+Life line is really neutral. It's so refreshing to see happy planners without all the deco. I love how minimal this is. Thanks for sharing. I might be switching to dashboard after seeing this! Seems much more organized then my current vertical.
I'll have to check that out, maybe online, cause my local hobby lobby didn't have much of a selection. I'm glad you liked it. Hopefully, it was inspiring. The dashboard layout I feel is by far the best layout I've tried. So if you do get it, would love to see how you use it also. Thanks again for watching! ❤
I love your tidy, neat handwriting - that skill can make any planner page look awesome! Re: Work + Life Planner, I got one on deep discount at a Joann (turns out it had duplicates and incorrect months, lol) and now it is one of my nicest ones! After using it the initial year, I put attractive, coordinating paper on the back of the nice dividers (covering the used, half-month on the back) and insert pages I generate myself (practice templates went on the back of rejected print-outs, nice ones on heavier paper, and purchases pages). I found a video on how to easily make pages using One Note, and I can use the fill feature to have colored header-boxes with white font (I chose a soft black fill, and it looks so great with the alternating black and white dividers!) I did have to buy a punch from HP/Mambi, though - my Levenger-punched pages stick out a tad over the HP dividers. Right now I'm loving using it as a project planner, and have found some more neutral stickers to use (loved the neutral half-circle ones that came with the original package, for writing the date onto each monthly box when I used it as a primarily a monthly spread calendar).
Hey Queeniesplace3844! I've looked over some of the TULl brand before and didn't see anything I liked when I checked but I'll definitely keep looking as I'm sure they may have more than what I could see at the time I checked. I've also been doing some deep digging on the happy planner brand, so I'm starting to find a lot of those neutral options. Thanks for commenting and letting me know. ❤️
I have a love hate relationship with HP BIG is well, too big. Classic is great but printing and cutting additional pages is a real annoyance, especially if I want them double sided! I bought a pack of “Classic” sized dot grid bullet journal paper on amazon for notes and tracking. I agree, minimal or no stickers! I’m using the lined 4 page annual calendar to track rainfall and high/low temperatures (I garden so this is important info for me). I’m going to try bullet journaling exercises on the monthly calendar. You mentioned the dot highlighters bled through, but then I see you used other colored highlighters later. What brand highlighters are you using that don’t bleed through? Thanks.
Hi Sharon, I currently use the Bic highlighters and some knock-off brush pens that I got from Amazon. Here's a link for the pastel highlighters. Thanks for watching! BIC Brite Liner Grip Pastel Highlighter Set, Chisel Tip, 12-Count Pack of Pastel Highlighters in Assorted Colors (colors may vary), Cute Highlighters for Bullet Journaling, Note Taking and More a.co/d/ewYTFvb
