I've been doing the Bulletproof for BJJ kettlebell workouts for only two weeks and my calves/lower legs have grown massively due to the need for stability. My arms aren't growing at all but I'm noticing everything below the shoulders seems to be getting good stimulus. Those workouts kick my ass to be honest, it's great.
juggling 32kg is insane, I use a 28kg! been doing kettlebells solid for a year now and off and on for 2. trying to get my snatch and clean reps up before I move up to a 32
