Can you share any info on those pipes with the airfilters? Appears to be some 45degree bends about 8"~10" in length? 2" pipe? Appears to be less restrictive than the stock air intake.

They’re generic aliexpress tubes with K&N filters on the end. Just go on aliexpress and type “cold air intake pipe” and you’ll find them.

Please read description before asking questions. Highly recommend FCP euro over other part websites due to their warranty and genuine parts, you risk getting fakes on ebay or amazon.

The issue with the solenoid mod is extremely low oil pressure under 2k. on some cars down to 14psi. now if your ever booting it from a stand still the pressure i feel is not enough to support the rod bearing with out premature bearing wear.

Not sure where you got that information, but I didn't see it in the thread. The only issue the solenoid would cause is increased oil wear due to increase oil pressure, as Tasos covered in his video. The solenoid mod forces the oil pump into a high pressure only scenario, unless you are thinking that the solenoid mod lowers oil pressure? If it's 14psi with the solenoid unplugged then it will be 14psi stock as the solenoid only has a high or low pressure mode, unplugging it will only increase idle pressure. Mercedes themselves say that if the solenoid has a problem, and the hidden code appears, to simply ignore it.
