In the beta models, it showed that Russell was extremely brutal, doing things like throwing jimmy across the entire ring that you are in and if you lost, he would pin Jimmie into a wall and hit him so hard he hits the ground almost immediately and while everyone leaves, he sits there unconscious.
Very interesting. It's pretty clear that the guys at Rockstar put a lot of thought and effort into this game. This might be my favorite game they've made, to be honest.
2:55 I think the character unseen is an early Kirby model-- It would make sense, it looks like Kirby (the jock) is trying to fight Thad (the nerd). Also the hair, physique, and similar outfit to the Kirby we see now

Bullworth may not offer swimming in the final game but the fact that they have an empty pool heavily implies that they either used to or plan to in future, in regards to Bully canon. It may never have been something you could do at Bullworth in game though
It doesn't matter what you upload, there will always be people telling you it's shit. The best you can really do is have as much fun as you can doing what you wanna do.

Most videogame presskits are god-like, sadly most of them are very rare, they usually make them related to the game (like this one which is a notebook/pamphlet to promote the school or the beyond good and evil one which is supposed to be a top secret file, very fitting, and others that I can't remember) to give the press a very good impression of the game.
boxing was only available at the prep club but swimming could be cool, perhaps it was meant to be in that empty pool and also soccer was only that minigame not competitive game. so we are left with only dodgeball and wrestling as available competitive games.

No idea. I asked Gerry Rosenthal (Jimmy's voice actor) about this a while back. He couldn't recall anything from that scene. Sadly, it'll remain mysterious (unless someone somehow gets a hold of the beta version).
***** There have been a couple of "remakes", but it's hard to get close to it when you really don't have much to work with. The best you can do is guess and hope that you capture the feel that the beta had. As for modding, most things are possible now, unless you're talking about animations or sound. Map changes might become a reality soon though.
