It's not the crowd being any more silent than WWE / AEW crowds. It's the way the production team is mixing the audio. Their ambient / crowd mics are leveled lower than WWE / AEW. Hope this helps.

AEW is performative cheering. They yell loud to pop themselves with the pop, so they can watch it on reddit while they're still at the show. "look at the sign I brought to Dynamite I'm so funny". But look at AEW crowds during matches: it's a sea of neckbearded white guys with glasses looking bored

I must admit, this was a great start of the impact zone. In addition, I like how Steve Maclin indicator that bully Ray was a backstage politician. Steve Maclin definitely show that he has no fear and has tremendous amount of charisma. I would like to see Steve Maclin become X Division champion before becoming world champion. Similar to what Josh Alexander did.

@TJ P they a mistake. What wrestling promotion did not make a mistake. How many times Vincent Kenny McMahon brought the ultimate warrior back? Tony Khan signing CM Punk in my professional opinion, was the biggest mistake of his life. Sometimes promoters look into the wisdom of wrestling. As much as I hate to say this, hulk Hogan was a humongous deal back in the 80s and 90s. If I was a promoter, I would have signed hulk Hogan too. In addition, let's not forget, Vincent Kennedy McMahon hired Eric bischoff to the WWE. I must admit, for the first two years, Eric bischoff was killing it. Like Triple H says, you have to do what's best for business.
