Rockstar should have left the chase in the mission. It would have made more sense since Jimmy somehow knew later in the chapter where the Townies' hideout was.
Clayton Luce Yeah I know,But during the mission "preppies vandalized" the preps think the greasers did it then jimmy went to the greasers to tell where the tropy is but the greasers said the townies got it
yeah but Jimmy did know that Gurney burnt the gym down and that's a reason for Gurney to knocked him down, even the greasers knew that the townies were the reason why Johnny got locked in the asylum, so I suppose that's a reason for Jimmy to suspect them

@@Skully399-z6e Well, they could have erased the other townies from the missions and let the pyromaniac super fast so that it would be impossible to catch, or having the player failed the mission if they knock him out. The objective should be just following him to discover about the hideout, not having to beat him up at all
Amazing. Gurney, a Townie, knocks Jimmy down after setting the gym on fire assuming to frame Jimmy, and later on, Jimmy is respected by the Townies, including Gurney. continuity issue OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!
Because Gurney burnt down the gym, and managed to get Jimmy framed for setting the fire. Then, leads him on a chase through the dirt road, where the Townies somehow knew Jimmy would be there and then they all try to knock him out. Storywise, it looks like it was intended to set Jimmy up, seeing as how Gurney leads Jimmy on a chase, making Jimmy look guilty (just by running), and then everybody attacks him thinking Jimmy set the fire. The other continuity is that this mission was removed, but this is also the same mission where Jimmy learns of the Townies hideout, that chem plant at 5:39. I can't remember if there was a mission where Jimmy still learned of the Townie's hideout, but if not, well... shit.

Blasted townie and his gang ruining the gym after him Hopkins. Townie “stop it Jimmy no I don’t regret anything guys help me out” Jimmy “you just wait til I get my hands on you think your so clever burning the gym stop running away you scaredy-cat your guilty’ Jimmy catches him in the end and tells him to be more respectful to who should be in the clear.

The only edit I did was unlocking the gym's doors because they are normally closed during the mission. Everything that happens outside was made by Rockstar.
make this downloable but update it it makes the missions somewhat better because if you knock down gurney a somewhat earlier you might not be in the territory of a clique which has small respect for you if you knock too early who will attack you even thought you saved their lifes and if you knock down gurney in blue skies industrial park you will have to face alot of townies also it does not make sense russell was the one who (for unknown reasons) knew the townies hideout

Does anyone know of a mod that just has Gary and Petey on campus? I don't know much about modding but I can guess that would be pretty simple. Please let me know
you can add them in using a HexEditor, there are some tutorials that show you how to it, be caferul because if you do one step incorrectly you could break your game
