There should be consequences. Too much of the bullying is either ignored or the victim gets blamed. This leads to physical pain and humiliation leading to CPTSD.

Damn, I remeber watching this when I used to get bullied with me being a a small indian kid i was easily picked on now 7 or so years passed everything is going good in life (not bullied anymore, atleast I hope so haha). A small message to anyone getting bullied is to try and stay away from them and stand up for yourself, even if you are nervous and like me an introvert the best thing to do is say something, an example is to say something like "is that all?" worked for me a few times because the bully would feel a bit awkard. Anyways, stay blessed whoevers reading this and I wish you the best in life! ✌🏾

I watched this and honestly in all honesty I’d happily be Carl’s friend,I got bullied in high school and more recently I got subjected to more bullying from my neighbours who after five years moved away. The things they did were awful and have impacted me to the point were I dread going out, among things. I’m in my forties now and if I saw anyone being bullied,I’d try to help them. The damage done to me is irreversible and I genuinely only saw Carl as a victim of such hurtful,and nasty bullying.
