I was originally attracted to the blue dial metal bracelet version when looking at options online, but this yellow/black dial and rubber strap combo gave me a wonderful and unexpected sense of happy, uplifting wrist presence plus style when tried on IRL. I've got a fairly small wrist, but it sat well - having the rubber strap helped, I think. The Poor (or Average Income) Man's (or Woman's) Spring Drive with Canary Oooomph??? I'm saving the pennies...
Big E - when I first saw this watch in press release photos it was so frustrating. The text seemed to dominate the dial. After watching your review months after release, I took a chance and got one at fire sale pricing from Italy. Ab. Solute. Stunner. Thank you so much for taking the time to give this piece the respect it deserves. Another hidden gem from Bulova. Beautiful case, ceramic bezel, and that sweep? Come on. If this had a marquee name on it you’d pay 10 times the price. Killer watch.
