Yes, I had an aunt who used to wear a similar style. Her hair was also very fine. She used some sort of stocking pinned to crown and her own hair back combed and brushed over stocking for a more full bump as you put it. She liked big hair and also used plenty of hairspray I remember onto her roots.

I use a messy ponytail extension. My hair is SO THIN! My real hair ponytail looks like a 12 month old! It's Really Sad! I use those metal twist pins to keep in in!

Can you recommend a pony extension wig thingy? As I get older the thinner it gets and I always have worn the “ bump” but back of hair is getting thinner unless a lot of product.

Going against the grain here but I think this messy bump style is ageing. It is a style I see so many older women who want to look sexy and fashionable use a lot. So it screams ‘older wanting to be fashionable lady’ rather than actual.. fashionable female. Does that make sense? Like leather biker jackets. Things older women think makes them look young but no young woman actually does. Do it conversely makes one look older.

I really don't care what others think, what it makes me look like, I do it for speed and comfort and if I like it, that's all that matters. I don't understand what is this obsession with age and what you should or not do at certain age, isn't life about doing what makes us happy and not about what others think? I am not doing anybody any harm by wearing my hair like this. I will be wearing my hair like this with full on shimmer make up till they put me in the coffin lol xoxo

I used to do my hair this way until a co-worker told me that I was too old to wear my hair like this and that I should put it in a bun. Imagine telling a co-worker something like that? She even told a client that her hair was in the "awkward stage" and it would grow out! The client just had it done! Needless to say the client hasn't returned. You look gorgeous as always.

It was a doughnut stocking thing that could come in handy. Your own hair goes through the centre if the 'doughnut' and then you separate, fold and pin into stocking as if you were doing a pleat. You can get a good up do with this doughnut thing in the drawer

I have quite long hair but like to have the first version you did . my bump isn’t massive Cos of the length so doesn’t look as effective as yours but it’s such a messy but sophisticated look at the same time ☺️ BTW my Nars extreme climax came today and I must say I’m in love with it 🤩 it’s soooo black and I already had my original climax on which is a bit dry now Cos running out and I put the new one on over it and it was like Wow!!!! 😳😍So it’s safe to say I don’t regret buying it 🤣 thanks again Nisha have a great weekend ❤️

Hi Nisha! I got a haircut after the lockdown. My hair was too long and because it was so thick, I couldn't style my hair that way. Thanks to you I recreate this bumped ponytail almost every day. I'm going to do it with a rubber band now for a better hold. It's true that when you have freshly washed hair it's very difficult to reproduce this hairstyle. And I have a very big clip because of the density of my hair. Here we are still at the beginning of the day and I'm going to reproduce this hairstyle with a rubber band. I have stick straight fine hair and can’t do an elastic so I get it up with an elastic then replace the elastic with a small tight fitting Barrett to give the illusion of a thicker wider ponytail. Works great for my type hair! Also your eyes look especially beautiful today! I have learned so much from you and your videos! Another great video beautiful Nisha!
