[Purpose of experiment]
Let's make some bread to eat lightly with coffee in the morning.
A simple bread recipe that doesn’t require a long fermentation time
[ingredient]
-Morning bread
20g water
60g milk
2g dry yeast
4g sugar
120g flour
6g butter
And red bean paste, butter, and coffee.
[order]
1. Dissolve dry yeast in 20g of lukewarm water.
2. Mix the milk
3. Add flour and sugar and mix with a silicone spatula.
4. Once properly mixed, add butter to the center of the dough and knead by hand.
5. Once the butter is melted and mixed with the dough, place it on the work surface and knead it.
6. Put the dough back into the bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
7. After 20 minutes, take out the dough, sprinkle with flour and divide into 6 pieces.
8. Roll the divided dough into balls one by one.
9. Place the round dough on an oven pan, cover with a wet cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.
10. After 15 minutes, preheat the oven and bake at 180℃ for 13 to 14 minutes.
11. Morning bread completed
12. Add red bean paste and butter to well-baked morning bread and eat with coffee.

1. Small, cute bread that goes well with coffee
2. The more red bean paste and butter you add, the better it tastes.
3. It would be delicious even with milk.
