If you do business with people, hire a contract drafter who is a lawyer. leave no detail or stipulation up to interpretation. The courts are involved because both parties interpreted their privileges differently. I get both sides, but I lean more towards Bun because they failed to communicate about the withdraw beforehand. in business it's called Nonprogrammed decisions
