No, you need to stretch the muscles more, he is getting zero depth, none of those would be counted as a rep in a real lifting comp

@@UnbrandedMentalityit’s about stretching the muscle and creating micro tears in it. the best way to do that is getting depth and using an adequate amount of weight. depends also if he’s in a hypertrophy phase or reconditioning phase

That’s cool that they all are working hard in the gym but a lot of the fellas need to focus on slowing down and connecting with their muscle with each rep keeping tension. If you’re gonna get rush through your workout, no matter how strong you are you can still get hurt.
