9:40 Non-Discordant ST/T changes in LBBB; an easier explanation: st segment change or T wave changes occur opposite to the dominant QRS vector it means = (qrs has 3 waves so if u sum up all the vectors of these waves, the resultant vector is called the dominant qrs vector ) so, st elevation or tall T waves if qrs is negative st depression or Inverted T waves if qrs is positive

Sir,many videos in prepladdr are updated on day to day basis,its confusing for students like us to study the same video again n again to look for that update..plzz do something so that the update is clearly mentioned, otherwise it becomes timecosuming to study the same topic again just to look for update... another thing is that our doubts are never answered..can i knw the reason why??
