First time to your channel. I like this home very much. The video is difficult to watch. There are so many cuts/fades in & out that it makes it difficult to get a sense of the home's flow. It would be much better if you'd do a complete walk through without all the cuts. Just start at the front door & walk through the home as a person would do. This would really enhance the viewing experience.
I was thinking the exact same thing! Huge amount of scope for personalising the interior, I like how the kitchen and dining area don't intrude on the living room area... very nice design!!!
I like the exterior architecture - classic Japanese/Asian. The interior is nice as well. I would've like to seen a more detailed tour though. It needs a wraparound deck or porch.
