Bungie NEEDS To Bring This Handcannon Back, It's Still Amazing 

I hope if they bring them back they don’t get the multimach treatment

That is more an issue of changes to the game like stability getting buffed, smgs and pks getting nerfed and zoom getting decoupled from range than the actual rolls and stats multimach has. After 1 kill the range with hammer forged is equal to s13 multimach with max range, and even without field tested that 3 range isn't a big deal. Palli and exalted are still really good base stat wise after everything, they just need perk pools to back it up, perks like zen moment, slideshot, rapid hit and moving target would skyrocket these weapons to the top of the meta.

I dont see anyone using kill clip on 140 but keep away would be insane

It would be the only 140 in the game with PI and I think it would be a waste of a perk. It def wouldn’t change the TTk and I don’t even think it would change the crit requirement. You would still need 3 head shots. 120’s BARELY allow you to 2 crit 1 body with PI.. and that’s only low resiliences. High resil is a guaranteed counter. I guess PI would extend the range a little for 140’s, but so many better HC perks… ie. Slideshot, opening shot, rapid hit, explosive payload, eye of the storm, zen moment, moving target, keep away, literally every good handcannon perk that isn’t on the original Pali
