Hey my bunn isn’t freezing my product, I removed the liquid and turned it on the center barrel gets frozen but not the whole thing maybe 3/4. Would that be a solenoid issue?
I have a Bunn ultra 2. It just recently started taking a long time to freeze. I checked torque and temp readings. But sides had refrigerant flowing. One side drum was able to get down to 15 degrees and ended up freeze after about 5 hours. The other side drum never got below 25 degrees and product never froze. Any idea what could cause that?
How long should an ultra 1 take to freeze 2 gal of product that was added at tap water cold temp? Mine did not start to make any ice at all until about 90 min...and at the 2 hr mark is still hardly frozen. Drum temp seems to be sitting at a steady 28 degrees...but took over an hour to get there. Hot gas started at 127 but now currently is 86 to 88. Do these numbers seem right?
Not a guarantee. Call Bunn and check resistance between the terminals. 90% of the time one barrel down is torque sensor issue. First thing to check is the auger rod pins and eye that read the distance between them in the back of the machine. I'm trying to put a quick video together for that.
