This video accompanies Bunny’s sixth podcast ‘Bunny in the Garden with…’ where she chats to Angus in his garden.
For those of you that don’t know Angus, a real life Willy Wonka, is one of the 2 founding partners behind the much loved brand Hotel Chocolat.
In this video see the gardens that Angus talks about in the podcast. See his bespoke metal arch from Demeter Designs Ltd, and how he uses corten steel within his English garden. Then see the lush tropical paradise, which makes up the gardens of the Rabot Estate - the estate where they grow the cocoa beans in St Lucia.
Tune in to the podcast to hear how ‘Mr Whippy’ played a part in Angus’s childhood, how cocoa beans are grown and traded, mentally transport yourself to The Rabot Hotel (the Hotel Chocolat hotel in St Lucia), and hear what is in store for Hotel Chocolat in the coming years.

That was a breath of fresh air , yes would love to see that English garden in full bloom time , sweet peas please . Such good work done by that man, for the locals in South America, he deserves this reputation.

Another great video Bunny and a lovely garden. I-spied the box moth traps under the topiary too. Can you do a video on this, as although we've done all the measures, are still inundated with box caterpillar here in Cheshire. Do you think it's the milder weather that's the cause?

A hot chocolate sounds lovely. Poor Bunny and Angus standing in the cold.

Am now addicted to his 100% chocolate flakes mixed with water and milk in velvetiser, massive boost first thing in the morning and surprisingly very healthy!

It would be good to see more of the garden with a simple voiceover, rather than two people talking…

You have to wonder why somebody would make a video to show you a garden in mid winter when it looks unappealing and bare. Honestly.

It looks fantastic! But each to their own.

That's funny. Just yesterday I mentioned to a friend that I liked seeing gardens in winter because I can see the structure of the garden better when everything is dormant.

@@elisaangel9789 I love seeing/using/working in gardens in winter, in the UK they are wintery for a good 3-4 months so why hide the fact and only show them in full growth when you should celebrate them?
