Yo recuerdo que esa cinta la tenia en un disco pirata que tambien tenia, a parte otras grabaciones (animaciones) de esa epoca y un poco mas adelante; como ''Cobweb Hotel'' (1936), ''A Haunting We Will Go'' (1949), ''Popeye'', ''Hunky and Spunky'', ''The little Stranger'' (1936) y una que me costo encontrar en RU-vid ''Tulips Shall Grow'' (1942), muy buenos recuerdos cuando era más pequeño y se me hace curioso, ya que mayor parte de las que tenia ese disco estaban dobladas al Español y nunca las pude encontrar en RU-vid o en otros
I loved this cartoon when I was younger, and I still appreciate it, but now that I’m older I can see the racist elements like the hippo (black aligned house slave) helping the white bunny (white woman slave owner) get ready ;/ i hate that they were so racist when they made this cute short. totally takes away from the potential :((
The first step to developing media literacy is recognizing the target audience. In this case... children. You're criticizing a cartoon made for children buddy.
sure it did. it's as grand as it ever was. even my nieces and nephews enjoyed it. anything's better than the crap today, adventure time, steven universe, etc... 🤮🤮🤮
