Buns with ham, mushrooms and cream cheese - a delicious snack 

This snack will quickly disappear from plates. :)
Ingredients:
🔸 200 ml warm water
🔸 25 g of yeast
🔸 wheat flour about 0.5 kg
🔸 oil for frying
🔸 4 slices of cold meat
🔸 600 g mushrooms
🔸 50 g butter
🔸 grated yellow cheese (you can add mozzarella)
🔸 1 egg
🔸 salt and sugar
