Stoke City bounced back to winning ways on Wednesday following a 1-0 triumph over Queens Park Rangers.
Wouter Burger’s third goal in red and white stripes was enough to earn the Potters victory at the bet365 Stadium.
The Dutchman stroked home on the stroke of half-time from a well-worked corner routine involving Lewis Baker and Luke McNally.
Steven Schumacher’s side will look to make it back-to-back victories on Saturday when they welcome Coventry City to ST4.
