Today we will make the juiciest, healthiest burgers in the oven. We will put an ingredient that will make the burgers much juicier, even if it is from the oven. It will not even appear in the minced meat, nor will it give any special taste. And I will show you a trick, how to make the burgers more shiny, they will shine and disappear immediately. Get ready .... whoever will try these burgers - will ask for the recipe !!!

Recipe for ~ 18 burgers:
• 500 gr. FRESH mixed or ground beef
• 1 onion
• 2 sc. garlic - optional
• 4 - 5 slices of toast
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. salt, black pepper
• ½ κ.γ. sweet paprika
• Parsley - optional
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
The minced meat should be fresh, not from the freezer, so as not to get more water than it should and I prefer it to be beef, but on the sides, to have a little fat, not to be completely dry or as I just got mixed.
You can add whatever spice you like, I also add a little parsley, it gives a nice aroma and color to the burgers.
Knead well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
To make our burgers the same size, we can take the minced meat with this ladle, for ice cream.
We form SMALL burgers, whatever form we like and we put them in a deep pan, without baking paper, because it will make enough juice.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees up and down the resistance on the middle grill for 35 - 40 minutes.
I want to show you a trick, how we can polish the burgers. After 30 minutes in the pan we will put 1 tbsp. soy sauce, mix with the zucchini we obtained and pour over each burger. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes. Have fun!
