Thanks for the compliment.There wasn’t a specific reason for plastering before installing the burglar proofs.It just so happened that we were doing a lot concurrently (Plastering,plumbing and electrical) whilst the welder was also working off site on the burglar proofs and he finished very much on time to get them installed and windows dressed. Burglar proof for the first floor actually delayed for a while so some of the windows got dressed initially and having a drilling machine really helped. It all came out great in the end😁.
