It was an enjoyable seven-day trip , rediscovering the Northern Philppines traversing the loop from Manila-Nueva Vizcaya-Isabela-Cagayan Valley-Ilocos Norte-Ilocos Sur-La Union and back to Manila. The highways were so good that made traveling and driving even more fun.
