Back to the bush for a turkey dinner, Greg rotisseries his bird over open flames, then buries and slow cooks it in a bushcraft rock oven.
Greg is a self-taught survivalist from Canal Flats, British Colombia, who, since he was a boy, has read nearly every book on the topic. When he is not out in the wilderness, he is a professional dry-waller. He started his first bow drill fire when he was thirteen and spent the next forty years learning bushcraft and studying plants and edibles. He has even developed some of his own survival techniques and is a skilled hunter with both a bow and a slingshot.

Love your Social Distancing situation; turkey looks great! We usually prefer to just make chicken nowadays due to taste and cooking time. We always enjoyed cold turkey more than hot in sandwiches. Nothing can beat the combo of turkey, lettuce and tomatoes , mayo and mustard.

I hate it when I hear things like, people judge people by there appearance. I went through that back in the 70s. Greg you are a good example of what kind of people are needed on this planet. Your' opening statement was real touching. Thanks to you for that! Now I want my hunk of Turkey and all the dressing!!! I admit I was skeptical when you buried that bird, but you did great. This guy is so positive. It honestly makes me envyous of him and his awesome lifestyle! He is so kind in giving these great message's explaining on how bad he feels for people affected by COVID-19. I could watch him for days straight and wouldn't get sick of him! This guy is my favorite RU-vidr! I just discovered him about a week ago but I'm hooked on his videos. I want him to know how great he is and hopefully he already knows.
