Coquitlam is a great place. Definitly a great place to buy a house especially with all the hiking and biking trails so close by. By foot, with the right skills knowledge and gear, you can actually make it to Squamish through an old overgrown trail that is still traveled from time to time. One of my to do trails! Pinecone burke provincial park is widely underrated!!!! Would be even better to live that close. Awesome advertising/ marketing video. Thank you for sharing!!
