The reason slash bolster is better than the 10% percent slight of hand is because it increases your elemental and raw dmg especially when you eat the elemental food. Slight of hand only inreases raw dmg and not elemental
Been running this katana for awhile now and loving it. It’s my go to weapon for king tusk and fervid and others and anything Ice I like the route you took am not a fan of human path but looks good.
Damn dude you're ridiculously good at this game. And what's even more confusing is you were somehow changing direction in game mid your combos, sometimes skipping put on combos I get locked in on, sometimes doing weird cancels and even not getting hit by a lot of the attacks I get hit by, like the snow peaks from the floor etc. And I didn't even notice you rolling or dodging on some of those.
My first clear in the bird took like 8 attempts with a clear time of like 2:02 but my second clear was a fucking atrocity. That fight is so inconsistent it’s disgusting
Has anyone determined if element is worth pursuing? Im only asking because all my testing says raw is the superior choice but they keep giving us these new weapons with massive element so i feel like im missing something
Hello, is slash bolster or any other bolster is better than the other attack boosting skill? For example, i thought golden tempest head piece is better since it has verve 3% plus draw weapon boost fury which is 5%, so all up 8% vs slash bolster 3%?
Yeah the bolster skills seem to scale better than most in the game but they don't offer the defense of verve. drawn weapon boost is good for small burst damage windows and slash bolster is always active so it's really comes down to play style.
@@WhateverYouSayAlex wait a minute, all this time i thought drawn weapon boost was the active skill as long as the weapon is drawn, holy molly, so it is kinda like critical draw then where only get a short few sec uptime. Yeah i was following your human path build, therefore every weapon i got has that golden tempest headpiece on. Oh wow
@@jeremywong2273 The head piece is still pretty good, it helps keeps you alive if you are stacking verve. I've actually been looking back at some of my older builds and with the addition of armor limit break it's making verve better and worse at the same time.
@@WhateverYouSayAlex cool cool, yeah usually im just stacking verve as i couldnt find any other source of damage. But now that i know bolster could be better, im gonna have to revise all the builds i got again, especially with elemental weapon.
It happens all the time and then you waste like 10 threads and get beat up for like 10 seconds straight it’s the worst. When it happens to me, I scream every single time.
