@possefever they were still together at the time, he only had to do the Emmy performance with her when they were broken up, thats about it

This is no play or musical. It's a dance exhibition. Plays or musicals indicate singular plot. (This is just my interpretation, but I think each dance tells a story) but it is pretty strictly for the enjoyment of the music and dance. I saw the show in Dallas, which had most of the same people, and I loved it.

Although non-dancers may think this is good dancing, this can NOT compare to traditional Broadway dance shows. Look up Contact, Jerome Robbins Broadway, Fosse, Sophisticated Ladies, and Movin' Out. (and some of those dancers have to sing at the same time)
