Back in 1992. I went to Bagiou on a school trip. We were away for 21 days and yung pocket money ko was only $300. I was only 14. Iniisip ko na in the future, pag may pera na ako, itu-tour ko ang buong Pilipinas and I'll stay in the best hotels. Fast forward 20 years later, may pera na ako. I visited 8 countries and stayed in great hotels. I went back to Pinas and stayed in Plantation Bay Resort. Next trip ko will be Bagiou na. My first impression was walang lasa ang french fries. Ngayon, kahit isang balde, kaya kong kainin. Ang hirap noon at di man lang ako makabili ng cardigan o ipit as a souvenir. Lahat ng kaklase ko may perang pambili. Buti na lang, binigyan ako ng strawberry jam as a souvenir kaya every time I see a strawberry jam, naaalala ko yung Bagiou. Baguio, babalikan kita. May pera na ako. Pupuntahan kita Camp John Hay, Burnham Park, public market at The Mansion.
WOWWW, GANDA at KA LINIS NAMAN ng Burham Park na ito, the grass is greenish, parang yung park sa may bandang Torrance pa akyat paPalos Verdes....ooohh I so miss Baguio mga 2055 pa ko macacabalik dito ulit!!!!
It is a beautiful park, clean and spacious, I love the different plants in the garden. Thanks for this video. I feel like I have been there. You have a steady hand.
Beautiful as always, Burnham Park. We took a drone footage of beautiful Burnham. Luv the view in the mornings. Quite misty.. Fresh.. Regards to everyone. Luv this video. Missing Baguio. Kumusta kakailyans.
Remembering my happy happy childhood spent in that Burnham Park and Beautiful beautiful Baguio City! Park still clean and beautiful...thanks for this video...good one.
Thank u for this vid. Missing Baguio and walking around Burnham park early in the morning. Was there last feb. 2020, approx. 1 month prior to the lockdown of March 2020. Baguio’s been a sort of a sanctuary for me. Getting teary eyed. Hearing birds chirping. Just wonderful vid. Thank u.
Thank you so much for the comment and for watching. It was my pleasure doing this video. Yes hearing those birds chirping was such a refreshing feeling. You don't hear that often especially if you're from the city. 😃
We used to take an afternoon nap, even overnight, in the park walang istorbo, safe and quiet pa!
Each of your videos is a call to travel and discovery! And I gladly let myself be seduced by all these destinations! 😍 So much so that I ask for more! We can't wait for our next adventure! 😁😁 Merci ! 😁
God speed. June2021.
I've been there to Burnham when it was night time then I ride a boat and also a go kart for 30 or 1 hour but sadly at the morning I didn't get there I just watched the other kids play in the go kart because there was many kids ;(
What is the parking situation in Baguio? We're going this weekend and contemplating if we will either (i) leave the car at the hotel and ride the taxi going around the city, or (ii) bring the car around and just look for available road side parking.
When I was there mid-March. There wasn't a lot of people/tourists so the streets and parking lots were pretty empty. I just avoid Baguio during the peak season (especially December) as the whole city is like a parking lot. Since June is one of the low seasons for Baguio, it's easy to find parking spaces. Besides, it's much safer to ride your own car rather than getting a taxi nowadays due to the higher risk of getting the virus.
Infact Baguio was ones the most cleanest and greenest City in the Philippines during the time of Mayor Domogan. Kaya hindi lang si Yormr ang magaling.
