BURNING WITCHES - 'Hexenhammer' (OFFICIAL VIDEO) 

I am a 60 yr old American and was just letting RU-vid do its "next" thing and heard this from the kitchen and had to come back restart and turn it up .. I was like OMG this IS the best metal I have heard in many many years from any band male or female period. This could have easily been a #1 on the HeadBangers Ball in its day. Truly a shame we don't get this in the US on any stations I can find. This, new to me, EuroMetal, especially bands with female vocalists, is my new thing and these beautiful ladies are leading the way. Hints of Judas Priest, Testament, Metallica, attacking drum work like you could hear from Slayer with touches of Iron Maiden, just amazing work. Bought this the day I heard and still my go these months later.

Guitar driven, strong vocals, double bass drum.... This band really is gold

Instantly fell in love with the lead guitarist! There's no better sound than two crunchy metal guitars carrying the rhythm and harmonizing leads!

I saw them live and they're awesome. Lala the drummer is amazing and all of them were friendly and down to earth

Really love the guitarr at 3:41, the melody they produce is really nice. For this whole song you could say these Burning Witches really are on fire.

Hexenhammer is the German name for the Malleus Maaleficarum, the main book used in hte middle ages for "information" on how to torture in the persecution of witches. I think the monk in the video is meant to be the writer of the book, Henricus Institoris.
