I was reminded of this after seeing the Tories win Uxbridge on a very narrow margin, then their Anti-ULEZ candidate immediaetly going on an anti-ULEZ tirade for his victory speech!
@@gunsharck in comparison to a lot of places, there’s practically no immigrant population here. It’s less than 2% of the population. And most of them are in Glasgow and Edinburgh. There are whole swathes of Scotland with no immigrants at all. And anyway, a good few immigrants I do know have settled here so long they now speak with a local accent.
