But there lot of effects missing from the original ps2 version like lens flare, halo lighting effect from billboards etc, smoke effect, post processing, reflections on the road etc make this look washed out and unpleasant to look at, and no is not better with emulator after everything i have mentioned.
No we don't. We don't need every title getting remade with slightly better graphics for an easy cash grab to excuse the ese talentless developers for coming up with zero good IPs for the last 15 years
That's the least-aggressive Road Rage I've ever seen. And how you managed to have an iota of control over the Custom Coupe (AKA the most undriveable car in the Coupe Series alongside the Coupe Type 1 and Coupe DX) is impressive.
One of the best game ever made I used to play this game almost daily during my summer holidays back in my childhood days. They should remake it while keeping the essence intact.
Man I broke out my ps2 like 3 weeks ago on a whim, and I’ve been playing burnout 3 and Dominator like there’s no tomorrow. It’s just one of those games that holds up remarkably well even by today’s standards. EA needs to take some lessons on what games should be today and not just keep pumping out micro transaction fuck fests.
Looking at the res and FPS, this seems quite an impressive performance. I have 2 questions: 1) What hardware (CPU and GPU) did you use? 2) Can you give us the most important PCSX2 settings (like rendering method, filtering, anti-alias and internal res settings)?
I've never had any controller issues with other games in PCSX2, even got the Driving Force Pro Wheel working in Gran Turismo 4 But none of the controls work for me in Burnout 3, the only thing that works once in 3d is START. ??? I double checked that everything is mapped correctly. Bizarre....
@@carsareepic20 1) My comment was meant for the video poster "StrikerTC1" 2) If that is you (I don't know why you'd reply with another name) it WAS set to 480p. Turn your eyes on and watch 1:43.
You know the spiritual successor to Burnout is coming out on the Epic Games Store? I find it ironic when looking at your profile icon at this time (2/20/2019...2:52am EST)
Takes my back to the good old days when suff was good no worries nothing to care about.... I remember I was always trying to go in the x all the time lol. It's 2018 and I will never forget this game... good time
Probably getting the rights to the music again is the biggest hurdle - That's too bad 'cuz almost all licensed soundtracks back then were aweful, and they're the thing preventing a lot of these games from getting rereleased...
@Moritz Schmidt By all means, if they did that or changed the soundtrack I'd be happy to fork over monies for that - You can always put some music on a USB, and use that...
Era tan feliz jugando esta maravilla junto con el FIFA 07, y no lo sabia, vaya, que tiempos, y ni se diga de los soundtracks, sin duda mi videojuego favorito de carreras.
what artifacting ... it never had artifacts on my play throughs ... the only issue i had was the black sky and alpha transparencies ... which were both fixed with the method described in the video i set mine to use direct X 11 software/hardware ... when i launched PCsX2 i set the video plug in to direct X 11 software then when in a race i pressed F9 to switch to hardware mode (you want to set your hardware settings before going in any games) i have the resolution set to 3x native render so it looks nice and sharp ... everything else i think i left alone
Man I always really liked burnout 3, but my parents sold the ps2 so I couldn’t play it anymore. I got burnout paradise remastered and it’s great. But one day after getting a new computer I decided to emulate burnout 3 again, and OH MY GOD. Even with the shit performance I get on my machine takedown is SO much better. Probably not touching paradise for a while
you should try burnout paradise 1.0 version it’s pretty fucking good the black white red effect pretty fun crashes soundtracks car handling and sponsor cars also car sounds too and some other stuff which got taken out from other versions and burnout paradise remastered
That's burnout legends not 3. It's pretty much the same game though. It just combines cars and tracks from burnouts 1,2 and 3 and runs on the burnout 3 engine :)
I would have sent you to The Iso Zone, but sadly they have removed all download links to games. I have an ISO of the game, but it would take me ages to upload on my crap internet.
Hey hope someone can help me out. The game runs perfect the only "bug" I have is that the cracked glas is invisible. I cant pintpoint what setting it is. Help would be great ;D
Look very unplaesant to look at cause of the missing effect is better to play on original hardware, 4k doesnt make this game better it is missing graphical features that were presented on original version.
Hi, so I have this game on original xbox and my new 4k TV has only hdmi sockets, I have a scart to hdmi thing however when using it the quality looks terrible especially if you do splitscreen. Does anyone know a better conversion kit or anything I could do ? Is there any tec that upscales old games to 4k on consoles ?
