India Main is bun ko paw kahete hain aur yahi method vada paw ka hai. Vada aalu ke mixture ko besan ke batter main dubo kar Tala jata hai. Chatni ke barey main main kuch nahi janti. Hum log Hari theeki chatni + imli kee meethi chatni aur lahsan kee Sukhi chatni use kar te hain. Aapki recipe bhi achi lagi. Recipes differ from place to place…. Nothing is wrong or right…. Thanks for a new idea.
