Hello everyone again 😍 Today, as a Bursa bride, I am sharing the famous Bursa Pideli meatballs and milk halva with you. Do not be intimidated by the amount of meatballs, because it is too thin and too small, so it looks like there are many on the plate ☺️ Thank you to Kübra Pelvan for the meatball recipe 🙏
Meatballs with Pita;
1-2 pieces of nail pide or normal pita (you can evaluate the stale pitas) (I had flatbread left in my hand, so I did not buy pita again, I evaluated it)
🌺Sos:
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt, pepper, chili pepper
3 glasses of hot water
For the 🌺 Meatballs;
Half a kg of ground beef (medium fat)
Bread crumbs less than 1 finger from 1 tea glass
1 tea glass of water
1 onion (let's grate and squeeze the juice, we don't use the juice)
Salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper
1 teaspoon of baking soda
For 🌺Üzeri;
Melted butter
Milk halva
3 glasses of milk
Half a glass of sugar
Half a glass of flour
2 heaping tablespoons of butter
1 packet of vanilla
