@4:24 the ABC gentleman says it's a quiet Bus. Seriously, it's a really noisy Bus. Steering column shaking around, dash is cheap plastic making funny noises all the time, ceiling panels swing around at 70-80 kph and than there is the cage door....
In Victoria there's no articulated ones like them there except only they have the normal volgren Optimuses.but only two states has been found to have these articulates optimuses are W.a & qld.
Thomas, Ventura has only one B8RLEA: #1271, which just happens to be at Rosebud depot (in prime position to service the 788.) The rest of the Optimus artics with Ventura are Scania K360UAs. There is another lone Optimus-K360UA operating the Monash Uni Huntingdale shuttle for CDC Melbourne, and then you have a few more K360UAs coming into service in Ballarat.
They sort of did at one point; they had a collaboration with Hafilat in Abu Dhabi and there came to be a LHD CR228L on a B12BLE chassis that became an Ambulance bus.
Yes they are indeed! Especially those old 0405g’s man they were insane! Used to be a lot of them here in singapore but the remaining were decommissioned earlier this month they were powerful i mean very powerful even the MAN bendies too! Awesome voith on those aparrently rumors said that we were supposed to get euro 6 versions of the MAN bendies but cancelled due to our transport authorities preference to double decks so our old bendies were replaced by the enviro 500 and the MAN a95 Double deck. Only our first gen 0405g’s were replaced by bendies themselves the MAN bendies here😔 so sad
