no it doesnt and no bus simulator game will ever beat omsi 2. The sounds, interactivity was perfect except for peeformanc eissues. If they made omsi 3 itd be fire
Graphics are good but the other stuff is pretty unrealistic for example irl you would have to turn that wheel way more to get around that corner and then theres a lot of other unrealistic stuff too... all of that makes me happy that I chose to get a 9 years old game over a new game because that old game is way more realistic
Yeah but let’s talk about The Bus. You get the graphics - AND the physics realism. BS21 have loads of troubles with the physics. Take it from someone with over 800 hours of that game 💀
The troubles are that physics are non existent. Roads are as large as the pacific ocean, you are basically driving big cars on a raceway thus 80% of the driving was outrageously made easy, surely in an desperate attempt to keep as much people as possible. And the remaining 20% is the opposite (stupidly unplayable)because of the turning radius of some buses that is non existant. Roads might be large but 90° turns still exist.
Ngl about every bus simulator game is quite bad at representing bus driver jobs or are horrible at realism. I have mostly noticed this low quality in bus simulator series and some of the games from TML. Bus sim 16 is a representation of a good bus game unfinished, 18 is the finished high quality product that just lacks full realism in exchange for immersion and 21 is basically a 35 euro disaster. In 21 the modding sucks, the physics are from Gta 3, the game is poorly optimized (It runs poorly on a mid range computer even though it isn't much of a graphical marvel), the game is very unrealistic even on the simple stuff like every bus has their tachometer at 0rpm for idle and the rev range is from 600~ rpm to 3000 rpm. The busses are very janky as they over exaggerate the bus jankyness. The game lacks anything new other than minor graphic updates and more expensive bus dlcs. The worst thing is that electric busses exist but they destroy the immersion in them by making them quiet busses with broken kwh gauge. The regen/power gauge goes flat out to full power when you rub the throttle pedal and has zero regen. Theres more shit to throw at it that i dont want to yap about rn but you get the idea. STEER AWAY FROM BUS SIMULATOR 21!!
Bus simulator 21 is 5 steps forwards and 10 steps backwards from bus sim 18. If you want to improve the quality in bus sim 18 then mod it as its way better than 21. Still alive studios is just milking the shit outta the game series made apparent by the outrageous prices for broken shitty copy pastes. If you really want a bus simulator with economy, consider buying The Bus or Tourist bus simulator. Tourist bus simulator has quite mixed reviews so look at some gameplay first to see if you like it. The bus on the other hand is not finished yet and wont be for a few years but it has a really good start and its playable on midrange computers or even low range if you really turn down the graphics and give the graphics card a bit of colombian powder. The bus will get the economy system in maybe about a year though dont take my word.
Bro it not much realistic than fernbus it is the best game it has best weather and lots of switches in bus and passengers will wait for you for the QR code
