Thank you for taking us along on your journey to Cape Town and I hope Greyhound saw it and will make adjustments. I believe you could have made us enjoy it more by complaining less ka bus and made it a fun experience but thank you for your honesty. I like travel channels cos this year I wanna travel

@@Kadiombo204 Maybe the reviews from Greyhound are outdated, Before Covid Greyhound was top tier, however when they closed down business, they got acquired by new management and now their service has gone down. I love InterCape bc it’s the next best thing. I have taken InterCape more than 10 times and I’ve never had complaints, they’re forever on time and their communication is swift. Greyhound gets late, they can downgrade you to a cheaper bus without communicating or refunding the difference between the premium you paid and the bus they’re sending, and I once got so wet bc there was water pouring on me where I was seated. I’d say just go for InterCape Sleepliner
