Eager Beaver.. From Hillsborough up to Wisewood, can put myself there right now .. Countless rides on Denis Dominators and Atlanteans, NAtionals, Metrobus, Bendybus, Volvo B10Ms and so on. All gone :( ..

Soon? I would be very surprised if apart from preserved examples, ANY of these haven't already long gone to scrap. I find it difficult all the time as I age to get to grips with the passage of time and given that even if filmed after August 1992, the very newest bus would be a K prefix registered vehicle and now be 32 years old (Apr 2024) , and none would be compliant with disability and emission legislation. This is now pure history. It also shows to me that despite the absolute banquet of hellfire buses for a busnut like me, deregulation was bus industry carnage (so it never happened in London!) to the average onlooker.
