Bushcraft Hike and Day Camp with the Helikon Tex Essential Kitbag

With my Helikon Tex Essential Kitbag I head into the bush for the day.
It was a really nice hike with a couple of river crossing to an awesome clearing. Along the way I find some supple jack to snack on. I set up a little day camp, using my poncho to make a bush chair.
The BCB Firedragon stove was used to cook lunch and I leave just as the rain starts up.

We often forget that everything amazing is very close, you just need to take a step! In nature, you feel life is real and you find peace in yourself. All problems seem very distant at this moment, and time seems to freeze! Good video.

Great video, I quite often use the BCB stove, really simple to use and it weighs nothing.

Thanks alot Jason. The canteen set is the heavy cover titanium canteen and cup. Yeah probably. A bedroll might be a bit big but you could probably make it work. If you checkout my gear loadout video of this kit you will see the mod I did to attach my poncho to the bottom. Cheers!

Thank you! My knife was made by a blacksmith is the USA. It's a tracker/WSK knife. There is a cool and interesting story behind the style of knife. Cheers
