BUSHFIRE WILLIAMTOWN 20/12/15 - PART 1 

PUMP STATION 9 BUSHFIRE WILLIAMTOWN 20th Dec 2015 (Better Viewed in HD)
This footage shows the Incredible work of the Men & Women for the NSW Rural Fire Service !
This footage was taken on the Sunday 20th of December 2015, Where weather conditions were very hot & windy causing this fire to flare up once again.
A watch and act warning was issued for this intense fire in the NSW Hunter region as the bushfire threatened properties. Firefighters worked to very hard contain the fire the previous day which was burning at Williamtown. Fire conditions were poor with wind pushing the fire towards Nelson Bay Rd. Out of area strike teams were also brought in to assist with a firefighting effort to help control the blaze. Firefighters from the NSWRFS & NPWS worked hard into the night to contain the fire from properties at the location.
I would just like to thank the efforts of all the Firefighters on this day for all your hard work!
