Hello Jan, Should the lease agremeent be notarized(at the post of office or smth) in the case of trade licence. Mine is only has a wet signature of my landlord. Is it enough? Thank you.

Hey Burak, well, if you give them the original, they will most likely keep it so you might want to make a notarized copy first. Also, if you want to use the lease for a trade license, it must not forbid you from using it and must be signed by all the owners, not just one for example.

Hi Jan, let's say an EU citizen is living in an apartment which is officially an office and not meant as a living address and the landlord already registered his own s.r.o. to that office address. Can he register a Tradelicense, sign up for income tax, social security and health care with just a virtual office address (assuming the virtual office has a mail box)? Or does he need a virtual living address (much more expensive)? Thank you! 😊🙏

Hey! For trade license and sro, you need to have a business address, no need for accommodation. The social, health and tax office might require a proof of your accommodation but they do not really care about it being suitable for living or not, tjey just need to see an address :)
