you guys are wayyyyy off on how much these card rooms are making. It's $13/hr. If you run just one full table for 12 hours in a day, that one table is bringing in $1400

This was completely self funded by the lodge not the players. What you say is true of some rooms but that doesn't matter. It's still basically the same amount of money going into it. For example let's say the room can keep 10 percent. The jackpot hits at 100k so the room made 10k. If instead it hit at 25k four different times they're still making that 10k.

any flop promos i ever played its completely irrelevant what happens after the flop, the hand does not even have to get to the river or showdown. if flop fulfilled requirements its end of the story, turn and river does not even have to happen.
I knew a guy at the local casino who made a deal with me. He said if either of us are at it when the bad beat hits, let’s just split our portion lock it in. We’d seen it grow from 10k to 30k when we locked it in, but we played til that thing got to 200k before i moved. Years go by I mean it was hit twice, but one time they didn’t get the minimum of $20 in the pot! two old guys checking it to down to the river with like $12 in the pot. Both got quads in a limit game 😂😂😂 I think that one is like 60 grand The other time a wild flop came out and the guy just couldn’t call pre-Flop it was 4 bet capped to him and he had ace rag and his quad’s would’ve been snapped by bigger quads it’s like 170 grand at this time. This thing gets up to 300 grand and that buddy who I haven’t seen in years because I moved away that dude got a portion of it! Just a table share i think it was 10-15 grand😅😅 I go asking around about that dude and everyone else told me the same thing. Oh, he locked in with me that we go 50-50. This saga had to have been 3 or 4 years😅😅😅
Never thought of it like that 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂 I put in rake for daily for 3 years, not exactly free rolling the guy I had only had one deal with him!! That guy made the same deal with 20 people 😂😂 stopped playing over there because he wanted to collude at a final table.
@@Yakivegas yea but assuming he was playing during those 3 years he was paying that rake too. you move away, he keeps playing. you're free rolling him if you expect a piece at that point.

your bad beat story makes no sense. nothing changed when A hit the board. you are using always the same 2 hands in your hand. its not like you have K9s and board changes from QJ10 to AQJ10 in holdem.
But your best 5 card hand changed. Similar stuff has happened in BBJ with low requirements where both hole cards must play and someone makes quads with one hole card but then the river is higher than their other hole card so they aren't using both cards for their best 5 card hand. For example Board is AAA7 One player has KK The other ace AJ River is a queen. The guy with quads now isn't using both hole cards.
