Good video. Did he say the ice cream base is dairy free? So surely ice cream has fat and cream in it? Ive been makimg ice cream for years but can never make a tasty vanilla..its always bland...please advise.

Steve Coates the sorbet is dairy free, not the gelato.

Freon gas??? NOOOOOOO. It is outlawed years ago. It used to be used in all fire extinguishers and some cooling systems all over the US.

Swallowing gelato is not that hard. I don't know why the host is talking with her mouth full. Why put more ice cream in your mouth if you are in the middle of a sentence?
