Plot twist: Charles wasn't even a flight attendant, he just happened to get on the plane and started pretending to be one.

Never had a rude flight attendant in economy that I can think of. I've had flight attendants who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep the passengers safe and comfortable. One of the last times I flew I had the opportunity to meet one of the flight attendants before she boarded (I got to the gate early) and she showed me her crew iPad and how she could see where my seat was (which was a neat behind the scenes view). She also said that if the airport staff member who was to meet me on the other end (I prearranged some help with my connection as I am autistic and it was my first time at the Halifax airport) that she would personally go to the WestJet counter with me to sort it out. Luckily, that wasn't necessary. But it left a good lasting impression. The airport representative was there as scheduled and showed me what I needed to know for future travel through there. Other times flying unaccompanied minor when I was younger I got spoiled. Free chips and chocolate on one transatlantic flight I recall. First dibs on the extra pizza on one flight. 🍕😋 Full cans of pop rather than in a small cup. I suppose the main thing is that if you're polite to them they're the same to you.

To be fair, economy class in Etihad and Emirates isn't bad at all. You get all the amenities you could ever need on a plane, and when I was little they used to give me a plushie, digital watch and backpack every flight.

I love the cable in economy bc I can watch 10 mins of teen titans but then get 10 minutes of ads. Really puts me on the edge

I go to Japan each summer break and i always go Economy and it’s a great service!

I remember when I was on an economic flight, I had to ask the flight attendant like 3 times to bring me a cup of water. They act like they forgot about you or you can pay on the screen in front of you to get a bottle of water. Nothing is free & no one is nice anymore. So if you have money they treat you like a king but if you don't they treat you like shit.

Why is no one talking about the “truffle-truffle” part, it’s so accurate!

Been flying for the past 20 years and the vast majority of the time in economy. I've never once had any rude flight attendants. Have witnessed rude passengers but not once has this EVER occurred to me. This was in Asia, Oceania and Europe.

On a serious note though, nothing makes you question your existence like watching the first/business class passengers walking past you and getting priory to board the plane first.
