Thank you for this oldie but a goodie. I’m looking at starting my own side business. Stuff is expensive and my job was going well, so being young and dumb, I jumped right into a brand new truck. I want to be able to travel with my girl and spoil her whenever I want to. I can’t do that with my truck. Stick to buying used cars people, be patient and you’ll find the right one. Learning and applying this will certainly help me with side job ideas I have, courtesy of my construction experience. People are shady these days and at the end of the day, if it’s not in writing, then it’s not in the contract. Wish me luck 😅

I think you decide how frequently you renew your contract based on changes, or just a general reminder of terms and conditions so maybe monthly or every 6 months, hope this helps :)
