On that 16 km thing Yea. That's what they all said about Capitec, read an article (from, at the time, a Nedbank Economist kr something) basically saying he wrote Capitec off . Today.. the others are essentially following what capitec is doing. If u think I'm wrong look at all the changes they've been doing in their branches- thanks to Capitec. Call to action Get the action fast and if you need to have another meeting then schedule it with the client right away in the first meeting
