It’s not a judgment, but only an observation Buster is not very bright maybe borderline low functioning as well

Maybe the doctor is right, but common sense to me dictates that her conclusion that a ladder or some other object hit Stephen and killed him and left no debris doesn't make that much sense. Most up high loose things that could've struck and killed him hanging off of a vehicle would have the propensity to leave even more debris, not less. Ladders have to secured, for instance. So what of everything that secures them if they strike someone hard enough to kill them at high speeds? And if the person is that drunk, etc, they'd hardly be in a state to leave a spotless crime scene. For me to buy her reasoning, I'd have to hear a really good example of the thing on a car that could strike and kill him in that way (of which there aren't many), and by that point you'd probably be greatly narrowing down the suspects greatly. Like some custom truck that both travels at high speeds and has an indestructible person-striking pendulum attached to it? I also think the whole aspect of him leaving his wallet is suspicious and not taken into account.

His dad is in jail for murder and was a drug addict and stole a lot of money in his business, his brother was involved in the death of a teen... and he's alleged to be involved in the death of another teen. The family housekeeper died suspiciously and her sons were allegedly denied money owed to them and Alex is implicated in that. And Buster apparently got kicked out of school for cheating. So the family has a history of involvement in murder, lying, cheating and stealing. Buster looks like a chip of the old block (his father.)

That may be true, but these rumors were out long before the movie murders his father is convicted of. Smiths death occurred in 2015, and the Murdaugh murders occurred in 2021. I live in GA near Augusta, and even I’ve heard of some of the shady dealings regarding the Murdaugh family over the years before everything went public.

Don't forget Paul's boating accident and a fatality while he was driving drunk.

IMO hes lucky to be alive if he was still living at home, he could have been apart of a murder scene.

Or he was meeting or got out his car, walked away , to meet someone- that says- he Felt comfortable leaving all his belongings in the car. He felt he trusted the person, I think.

She's not good enough to go up against the lawyers for the media. They have unlimited resources, unlimited funds, billionaire backers and a mountain of video footage to use against him. He should have stayed quiet because it's an open investigation and now he has to sit through depositions and discovery. Even if he withdrew the lawsuit, it's too late now. They are still going to complete a case against him. Remember when Stephen was murdered the police couldn't get a search warrant for the Murdaugh property, but they wanted to search it. They had cause to want to search it. Then the night of the double homicide they got their chance. They spent over 24 hours searching the property. They took blue paint samples from an ATV on the Murdaugh property that night. Stephen has blue paint chips on him when he was found dead in the road. That night they were investigating three murders. Not just two.
