That has got to be headache inducing with all those generators and fans. I know when I had to have a floor a/c and fans going for a month and a half it was so great to shut it all off finally! Do you have well water or city/county water? During Hurricane Florence (Wilmington NC), we had city water but the city was running the system on generators. They did not keep the system on 24 hrs since we were cut off from supplies. Wilmington was an island due to flooding. Sorry this is so off-topic. You all are doing so well while you are "off-grid." ♥

I feel for you. I've been in a situation where we had no power for a week and we had horses. I was buying water in big 5 jugs almost daily. We didn't have a generator. So you're in a slightly better situation. Do you have an electric stove? That makes things so much harder.
