I really appreciate that you made the video in english even though it isn't you first language. It isn't mine either, and still we can exchange this type of knowledge worldwide, so I'm very thankful for creators like you that share their amazing work! Sending lots of love from Brazil
I just saw this is your first video! It's so well done, relaxing and easy to understand, also you recorded everything perfectly! Looking forward for more content!!
Consider me converted. Bought the pattern on etsy a few days ago and was able to make the dress in a day!! These are the clearest, most in-depth, instructions I've ever seen. Turned out beautiful!! Thank yo Daria!
I have seen TONS of sewing channels, everyone has their own appeal and I adore their effort, and you still manage to be one of the greatest, holy, keep going!
My friend gifted me a different bustier pattern and I did not know how to do it. Thank god, I see your video. I bought the same fabric and follow this vid instruction and actually made a very beautiful dress
I'm a pattern maker and (little seamstress) but for 2 years I couldn't do anything 💦 now I'm looking for inspiration, and sew techniques. I was pretty good but without practice I lost my skills 😭 You have talent ❤️ the stitches are so neat and everything is so well made! Congratulations 👏 after watching this video I saw it's your first one! I subscribed so I hope you will keep updating and growing ☺️ let me learn from you!! 💕
i am really excited to add this to my ‘future things to sew’ list ;; the fabric is so gorgeous, i just hope one day i’d feel comfortable to wear such a dress
Hello @monde's Threads, If its not to much to ask could you send me the pattern. I really love the dress and I would love to try sewing it but I don't have the money to but the pattern, so if you could sent it to me I would really appreciate it.
Hey Daria! I absolutely love this pattern, I stayed up till 2AM making the bodice and I really like how it’s coming together. I have a question though : if you were making a summer version of this dress, with lighter cottons, what advice or changes would you have to the current tutorial ?
Hello! Thank you for the feedback! Actually, I would change nothing. :) Just pick thinner materials and maybe very thin cotton (batiste material) lining.
@@DARIAPatternmaking thank you! ♥️ for the first time a pattern that looks cool and doesn’t confuse the hell out of me. Plus the video instructions as so thorough. Awesome work and can’t wait to see your future patterns!
WOW i have nothing else to say except that was the best sewing video i've ever watched! i am subscribing to you straight away!!! i can't believe you don't have more subs! keep sewing you are amazing!!!!
I just started fashion highschool and funny enough the night before I discovered your tutorial and thought your machine looked interesting and different, little did I know t he next day I would be approaching these industrial ones ! They’re so neat and I can’t wait to say to my teachers ‘Sorry guys I’m trying this out today’ 😂💗💗 I already did a top with it and I can tell you I understand why this is so immaculate, along with your talent of course 🤤💕
This is so adorable! I'm so excited to try this out! Your way of putting the pattern together is so neat. I never knew you could tie serger threads, haha. Also, I've always wondered how to attach the lining at the zipper. I knew it couldn't be that hard by your tutorial really helped spell it out for me. Great job! :) Your dress is so chic. I can't wait to make one myself! :D
Thank you for this tutorial! I finally have decided to start making myself clothes since cute clothing like this with cups attached never comes in my sizing since I am a small dress size but I have a larger bust.
Omg, es la primera vez que veo un video completo en inglés, fue tan entretenido. Realmente tienes talento. Te quedó hermoso 😍😍😍 Beautiful 💕 Me subscribí 😊😁
I found this video to be relaxing as well. I'm not a big fan of bras so this is a perfect dress for me. I will make it over the weekend. I love your work thank you for sharing :)
Wow, perfection!! 😍 I LOVE your attention to detail. You did such an amazing job!! It was very thorough and easy to follow. Your channel is going to blow up! Pleaseee keep them coming ❤️
I am really trying to understand what there is to thumbs down about this video?!!...Those 200 people must be the "best" sewers on the planet🙄...anyway, this is the first video of yours I have seen, and this dress is soo adorable!!..you picked the perfect fabric for this...I love it, great job!🙌🏾
I'm really thankful to you with this detailed explanation of every step, You're work is really beautiful and a great quality because how you did it so carefully. For real I appreciate your precisely explanation because I never knew about the order to do it and now I understand why is sewing in that way. Claps to your amazing work 👏👏👏👏👏!!!
Wow, excellent video. Everything is so professional, I would never have guessed this was a first video! You look like you've been sewing for a very long time.
I'm from Mexico, ofc english is not my native language, and I have a little trouble understanding some words when you speak BUT girl that doesn't matter when your stitching is so clear! I totally understand how you make it because you're and excellent master of the sewing
Yes, I haven't had any English speaking practice for a long time, so I am pronouncing some words incorrect. Please turn on the subtitles to understand me better! And thank you!
You're so talented ! Your stitches are so perfect, so neat, it's very satisfying to watch (althought a little frustrating because I'm nowhere near as talented as you lol)
@@DARIAPatternmaking Still ! You create this pattern in addition to sewing perfectly so you're also creative, and making patterns ask some skills as well as sewing. I hope your business will grow up !
This video was SO helpful. I didn't think there were any tips or tricks I hadn't already heard before but you put in a zip like a CHAMPION and I'm so excited to try this!
Daria, wow, just wow! I cannot believe this is your first video. Congratulations. I have watched a lot of YT sewing tutorials and this is BY FAR the best instructional video on sewing I have ever seen. Seriously! I have subscribed and am looking forward to watching more from you. I have also purchased this pattern on your Etsy store and I cannot wait to make it. The reviews for this pattern are very good so I am confident it is a good pattern. It is so refreshing to find a YTer who is so conscious of showing all of the important details to make the project go smoothly. Thank you for the obvious effort you put into this video and the pattern!!
Brilliant work and thanks for being so detailed. I had to keep rewinding bits, so I could picture certain stages in my head first to then move onto next stages. Excellent work, nothing shoddy here!👏😀😘
Thank you for this amazing video. So detailed! I’m looking forward to more tutorials from you. I’d be interested in transparent fabric, boning, and adding foam cups videos.
Thank you! I have bought it at a local store, so can not help with any links, sorry! 🙏 It is tweed/boucle Chanel style fabric, wool-cotton-lurex in composition. Origin country is Italy, if it helps.
Try Elwana, melly sews, points of measure or one of the many other accounts that do just that. Not everyone wants to learn to draft so I order to have an accessible design you need to give out a printable. And putting those files together is NOT easy or fast. You take your normal drafting time and multiply it by 30. Like she put hours of work into this that no ones going to see, and she's giving it out for free and there are accounts that do teach pattern drafting.
I think you should reread that, no one said that it was not appreciated, it was a suggestion, how intense, if there are people who want to learn to pattern and have given it a like. 🌹
@@stu7152 I mean I appreciate @Miah Grace understanding that it all takes time! :) As for drawing from scratch, who knows, maybe I'll do some lessons in the future. I just started doing all this patterns and tutorials!
@@DARIAPatternmaking Of course, I understand that it takes a lot of time and effort, you have a lot of talent and it is certainly worth supporting you, I already want to see your future videos surely with clothes as beautiful as this dress 🙈✨
I mean wow, this is so neat you would think it’s a a designer’s dress. I can’t wait to make this, I bought your pattern yesterday and I watched your video this morning at 1am. I am very impressed. Thank you for making this video👏👏👏👏. Looking forward to buying more patterns from you, to watching your videos and sewing along as well. Job well done🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏.
Wow!! First of all thank you for your video clip.. I wish i was that slim in my figure. The cutting, sewing is so precise. A joy to watch... Take care and stay safe Australia..🌹
